Today, we're spotlighting [Nicole Grieger](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicole-grieger-0aa48432/), one of our Senior Sales Executives, who is sharing her perspective on serving as a Greater Green Bay Chamber Ambassador and why this role is so meaningful. ---   **Why I Chose To Serve** As someone who thrives on meaningful connection and community involvement, becoming a Greater Green Bay Chamber Ambassador was a natural next step. I genuinely enjoy networking, staying informed on what’s new and evolving in our community, and discovering ways to actively contribute to the growth and success of Greater Green Bay. **Making Connections That Matter** This role allows me to stay closely connected to local businesses, volunteer initiatives, and emerging opportunities—while helping others do the same. Whether it’s supporting new members, making strategic introductions, or simply being present at key events, I’m passionate about helping people feel engaged and empowered. I’m proud to represent the Chamber and be part of a group that works to strengthen the fabric of our business community—one connection at a time. **Personal and Professional Growth** Serving as a Chamber Ambassador provides immense value both personally and professionally. As a Senior Sales Executive at College Hill, success is rooted in building trust, fostering relationships, and understanding the challenges facing local businesses. This role gives me the platform to do exactly that—while contributing to something bigger than myself. Being an Ambassador also keeps me engaged with a wide range of industries and professionals, sharpens my understanding of our regional economy, and positions me to be a connector—whether that’s matching businesses with resources or introducing the right people at the right time. Many of the relationships I build as an Ambassador evolve into meaningful partnerships that extend well beyond a single transaction. **Giving Back and Growing Together** It’s a win-win: I get to grow my network and knowledge while giving back to the community I care about.
